Any of our items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in resellable condition.
What are my shipping charges?
Most items are charged as follows:

$6.95 for orders under $60.00, 15% of total for orders up to $100.
10% of total for orders over $100.
Large items will be charged actual shipping cost and are designated within the item description. We will contact you with the cost before shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the US, as well as to all US possessions and territories. We will ship to Canada, but the standard shipping charges do not apply. (the customer will be contacted to approve additional shipping charges). Canadian customers are charged separately by the carrier upon delivery for duties, brokerage fees and customs fees.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within one to seven business days after order. Time in transit for ground shipping is 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located.
How is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped via UPS ground. Large orders are shipped by FOB (factory direct) and are billed at actual cost. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
How do I track my order?
On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking information. (You can track your package at www.ups.com). Time in transit for ground shipping is 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located. Pro numbers and web tracking is provided by email for FOB shipments upon request. |
